Large, airy, well equipped kitchen/sitting room with direct access on to the terrace.

Two bedrooms and a large bathroom.

Through the gardens and a honeysuckle archway to Le Jardin Clos, a tastefully renovated single storey gîte featuring exposed stonework and beams.

It enjoys a secluded position whilst having ready access to the pool area.

There is a sitting room/dining area with an open plan kitchen.

French windows open on to its own terrace with barbecue and garden furniture.

There is a large old stone fireplace with a traditional wood burning stove.

The kitchen is equipped with a gas cooker, fridge, microwave and washing machine, kettle, coffee maker etc..

In the sitting area there is a television and DVD player.

One double bedroom and a large second bedroom with bunks and a single bed.

The spacious bathroom comprises sink, bath (with shower attachment) and WC.

• Bed linen is included and all beds are made up on arrival. Travel cots and high chairs are available free of charge - please reserve these on your Booking Form. Towels are not included.

• Baby sitting by native English speakers is available on request.

• A prepared meal is available on your arrival at a cost of 5€ per head. This has proved very popular with guests who are tired after a long drive.

Tariffs for 2009:

*Christmas, New Year and Easter available at daily pro rata mid season prices.

The end of stay cleaning charge for this house is 35€ payable with the balance.
