French Language Courses
Adult Courses
If you are looking to improve your French we will place you in groups with people of similar ability. Group tuition from experienced language teachers will be supported by one to one teaching sessions throughout the week.
In our light and airy studio classroom we have a wide variety of teaching materials from traditional textbooks, computer support including listening and pronunciation software, and films and DVDs for you to watch at your leisure.

Courses for Teenagers
A week of total immersion in the French language together with cultural visits and activities, to be held at La Boulinerie, Vendee, France. A structured language learning experience, with many of the benefits of an exchange and the security of group accommodation in a bilingual family environment. The courses are aimed at students of 14 – 18 years.

French Cookery Courses
Venture with us into traditional French cuisine - simple farmhouse cookery and straightforward recipes from the coast. On our French Cookery Courses at La Boulinerie we present many local and regional dishes using the amazing diversity of produce available in Western France - from fish to foie gras, moules to magret de canard. The week includes visits to local markets and producers, subsequently preparing our 'finds' together. Non-cooks welcome.
